Executive and Line of Executive Management
The Business Manager is provided with a range of business intelligence reports to monitor data quality, trends, downstream system data consumptions and various asset class activities.
Business Operations
The Business Operations user is provided a range of services to control day to day operations, control quality of reference data distribution, and make informed business decisions on quality, usage and consumption. Services include data entitlements, data usage metrics, data analytics, securities watch lists, exception management, reconciliation and system audit details. The Business Operations team are also enabled to control access to vendor Reference Data and define usage policy to minimize cost while maintaining business needs.
Business and Data Analyst
The Business Analyst (BA) workbench allows the BA to create, maintain, test and carryout analysis of data distribution. The workbench allows the BA to define data mappings and distribution policies in an Excel like environment. It enables re-use of mappings and policies to deal with rapid and constant change. The workbench has purpose built operational services (metering, metrics, reconciliation and exception management) enabling control and reporting of the distribution process. The workbench supports all major Reference Data integration patterns: batch-driven, request reply and real-time distribution models for scheduled and event-driven data updates. The Business Analyst also has access to a policy engine that allows distribution and access policies to be defined and managed.
Technical Operations Support
The Technical Operations Support user is provided with a full range of support services to start/stop servers, monitor resources and applications, and to configure/upgrade deployments through an inbuilt repository.

PolarLake RDD provides a core integration platform based on patented XML pipelining technology giving access to connectivity, caching, transaction management, multi format, sequencing, dependency management and cardinality services specific to Reference Data Distribution.
