PolarLake™, a leader in standards-based incremental integration, today announced it has been shortlisted for the Emerging Markets Export Award at the 2004 Irish Exports Industry Awards. The nomination recognises PolarLake's continued success in attracting customers and partners in a number of export markets around the globe.
The award, sponsored by the Irish Exporters Association, recognises the achievements of Irish companies in securing and building export business in emerging markets. Since the company was founded in 1999, PolarLake has grown revenues through exporting its Integration Suite software product to customers in the UK , US and Japan . In partnership with Hitachi Software and Services, PolarLake has secured a number of blue-chip clients in the emerging Japanese market, still a rare achievement for Irish companies in the software industry.
